Clear - transparent, does not change the natural color of the wood.
Tint Base can be used for tinting in any shades (light and dark / warm and cold colors).
Suitable for tinting with any European tinting systems.

Description: Quick-dry matt look oil developed for interior wooden surfaces, including furniture and floors.
Type: Oil-based
Thinning: Ready to use, does not require thinning.
Surface Preparation:
- Do not use products like cellulose or polyurethane filler or primer before applying the product. As a filler, mix the wood dust with the product and fill all gaps and joints of the parquet. Clean the excess paste after it has dried.
Untreated Wooden Surfaces:
- Sand the surface according to the desired surface appearance. I.e., it is recommended to sand with #80/120 for a natural finish and #180-300 for a smoother texture.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust and remove it entirely from the surface with a vacuum cleaner.
- Remove the remaining dust with a damp cloth.
Oiled Wooden Surfaces:
Remove the dust with a damp cloth.
Old Uncoated Wooden Surfaces:
- Sand the weathered surface according to the desired surface appearance. I.e., it is recommended to sand with #80/120 for a natural finish and #180-300 for a smoother texture.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust and remove it entirely from the surface with a vacuum cleaner
- Remove the remaining dust with a damp cloth.
Varnished Wooden Floors:
- Do not apply the product directly on pre-coated surfaces
- Remove the old varnish from the parquet completely with a scraping machine. Remove dirt, oil, wood dust, and old varnish residues from the surface
- Sand the surface according to the desired surface appearance. I.e., it is recommended to sand with #80/120 for a natural finish and #180-300 for a smoother texture
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust and remove it entirely from the surface with a vacuum cleaner
- Remove the remaining dust with a damp cloth
Application:
- Stir the product thoroughly before use and check its homogeneity. Repeat this process during the application.
Brush and Roller Application:
- Apply the product in 2 coats with a brush or roller in the direction of the wood grain to get a homogeneous look.
- For floor applications, first, apply the product to the edges. And then, apply the product first across the grain and then along the grain to leave an equal and sufficient amount on the wood floor surface without sweeping too much.
- Wait 6 hours and perform a slight sanding with sandpaper #180/220 (aluminum oxide or silicon carbide type sandpaper is recommended) before applying 2nd coat.
- Wait 6 hours for complete dry.
Cloth Application:
- Apply the product in 2 coats with a cloth in zones of 5 m2, leave 10-15 minutes for the wood surface to absorb the oil. Thoroughly remove the excess oil with a cloth.
- Wait 6 hours and perform a slight sanding before 2nd coat.
- Wait 6 hours for complete dry.
Pad Machine Application:
- Use a polishing machine with a red buffer pad to level the product on the surface.
- Pour a quantity of product to the surface or buffer pad’s hollow and apply in zones of 5-10 m2. Leave 10-15 minutes for wood surface to absorb the oil. Thoroughly remove the excess oil using a white buffer pad within 10-15 minutes per zone until the surface feels dry.
- Wait 6 hours and perform a slight sanding before 2nd coat.
- Wait 6 hours for complete dry.
Spray Gun Application:
- Apply the product in 2 coats by a spray gun (2,5-3 mm nozzle, min. 3 atm pressure) intervally 6 hours between coats.
- Perform a slight sanding with sandpaper #180/220 (aluminum oxide or silicon carbide type sandpaper is recommended) before applying the 2nd coat.
- Wait 6 hours for complete dry.
- The oiled surface may be stepped on after 24 hours.
- The area should be ventilated after the application to promote drying.
- Allow seven days for full cure.
Maintenance (when the oil-based product had been used before):
- Clean the wood surface entirely from dirt and oil and perform a slight sanding.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust.
- Repeat the same process as described in “Application” with 1 or 2 coats depending on wearing
Instructions:
- FOR INTERIOR USE ONLY.
- Do not apply products such as nitro, polyurethane basecoats, or primers before TIMBERCARE® Wood Stain
- Keep product closed when not in use.
- The general application temperature of the product is between 15°C to 25°C at a relative humidity range of 40-65%.
- The moisture content of the wood should be below 12%.
- The area should be ventilated during and after the application to promote drying.
- The product should not be applied when the weather or surface temperature is below 10°C.
- The floor should not be cleaned with ammonia-containing cleaning materials.
- The oiled floor can be stepped on after 24 hours. Allow seven days before spreading carpet and/or cleaning.
- The product should be stored at temperatures between 5°C to 35°C.
- Painting tools should be cleaned with mineral spirits after application.
Safety Precautions:
- USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION.
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
- Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
- Do not use empty cans for other purposes.
- To avoid overexposure, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- Wash hands after using.
- FIRST AID: In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with large amounts of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. Call Poison Control Center, hospital emergency room, or physician immediately if swallowed.
