NOURISHES AND REVIVES OIL
Natural TIMBERCARE® Teak Oil is specially prepared to protect and restore hardwood such as teak, mahogany, etc. Also suitable for soft woods.

TYPE OF SURFACE: for new, old or pressed wooden surfaces. For all types of wood, including exotic.
Do not apply to primed or pre-painted enamel or acrylic surfaces as these coatings exclude the possibility of penetration of protective oils into the wood. Not recommended for high-traffic floors and wood surfaces below the waterline.

On a new, previously untinted wood: creates a satin finish with a slight golden tint on the surface. With very light color woods such as pine, dries to more deep caramel finish.

Description: Maintenance oil for exterior wood and garden furniture
Thinning : Ready to use, does not require thinning.
Surface Preparation:
Remove any dirt, oil and wood dust from the surface.
New Wood Surfaces:
- Sand the surface with sandpaper #80/120.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust.
Old Uncoated Wood Surfaces:
- Sand the weathered surface with sandpaper #80
Coated Wood Surfaces:
- Do not apply the product directly on pre-coated surfaces.
- Remove the old paint/varnish from the surface completely with a sandpaper.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust.
Application:
- The product is ready to use and does not require thinning.
- Stir the product thoroughly before use.
- Apply the product in 1 coat by a brush or cloth and remove the excess oil by cloth for the best result.
- Wait 24 hours for complete dry.
Maintenance (when the same product had been used before):
- Do not apply the product directly on pre-coated surfaces.
- Clean the wood surface completely from dirt and oil and perform a slight sanding.
- Thoroughly clean the generated dust.
- Repeat same process as described in “Application”.
- Maintenance should be repeated every season.
Instructions:
- FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY.
- Keep product closed when not in use.
- The general application temperature of the product is between 15 °C to 25°C at a relative humidity range of 40-65%.
- The moisture content of the wood should be max. 20%.
- Do not apply the product under direct sunlight or rain.
- The product should be stored at temperatures between 5°C to 35°C.
- Paintingtoolsshouldbecleanedwithmineral spirits afterthe application.
Safety Precautions:
- OIL SOAKED FABRIC CAN BE SELF IGNITING. FABRICS SHOULD BE COMPLETELY SOAKED IN WATER AND DISPOSED OF AFTER BEING USED.
- USE WITH ADEQUATE VENTILATION.
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
- Do not transfer contents to other containers for storage.
- Do not use empty plastic cans for other purposes.
- To avoid overexposure, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying.
- Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
- Wash hands after using.
- FIRST AID: In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with large amounts of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. If swallowed, call Poison Control Center, hospital emergency room, or physician immediately.
- Dispose of contents/plastic cans in accordance with national regulations.
